I can’t recommend Jamison enough. He was the loan officer who helped me buy my first home, and I truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Jamison was very helpful during our home buying process. He was always available when we had questions and got back to us in a timely manner. Jamison explained the process and the different expenses we would have that are unique to New Hampshire and was willing to explain things to both myself and my husband when we were not in the same location. Jamison is an amazing mortgage lender!! We were first time home buyers and we had no clue what we were doing when we went into this home buying process. There was open communication about every single dollar we would spend, clear expectations through every step of the mortgage process from applying, all the way to our close date. Where to begin? Hmmm. My experience with Jamison Biron of Blue Water Mortgage and the team of professionals exceeded our expectations on our journey to owning our own first home. Jamison is a wealth of knowledge. Not only assisting us from beginning to end in all phases , he educated us along the way. About a year ago we began our journey.
